The running costs for the Nursery remain constant even when children do not attend, therefore all booked sessions are charged at the normal rate without a month’s notice in writing. There is no deduction in fees for family holidays or non-attendance due to sickness or accidents. We ask that you keep us informed if your child is absent for any reason for safeguarding purposes and to enable us to keep other parents informed of any illnesses. Holiday forms are available at reception.
The Nursery is closed over the Christmas period and on all bank holidays. Dates will always be advised in advance.
We require 4 weeks’ written notice if you wish to withdraw your child from the Nursery. Additional ad-hoc hours can be booked according to availability within the Nursery. If you wish to change your child’s hours permanently, please email the Management team.
